Best of the best. I've moved a few times over the last 10 years and it seems every property management group I rented from used D&J Pest Control for routine maintenance, maybe every month or two as well as service calls. This is my 4th rental in 12 years and D&J serviced all of them. They just came out and took care of a roach problem. Roaches are coming in from the water meter and under the sidewalk. They sprayed outside and inside the garage (garage floor is full of cracks too). Awesome people that treat renters with respect.
